Human Design and Energy Alignment Coach, Diamond Drip Consulting LLC
Diamond Drip Consulting LLC supports Millennial & Gen X women who struggle with burnout or Imposter Syndrome and are drawn to plant medicine for self-discovery and personal growth. Our difference lies in the dynamic energy Coach Diamond Drip brings to everything we do, as well as her story and unique approach to her work. Our dedication to empowering clients to embrace their unique soul blueprint is showcased through our marketing, message, and how she shows up in the world — it’s something that people can FEEL, not just SEE.

Dr. Traci Eisenberg-Rayburn is a retired Army veteran and leadership coach, specializing in personal and professional growth. With a Doctorate in Business Administration and years of experience, she equips individuals and businesses with her Battle-Tested Leadership Methodology to foster resilience, character, and success.
Executive Coach, Radiant Livin
Ruth Hurtado is a Learning and Development Program Manager in the Air Traffic Organization’s (ATO) Employment Development Group within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) with 25 years in Federal Service. Here she manages the Operations Manager Leadership Development Program – Technical Operations (OMLDP-TO) and works with the ATO’s Career Services Center (CSC). She is also an executive coach with a specialty in positive psychology and federal career coaching. She is also an experienced trainer on Personal Resilience.
Previously, she served in various roles at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS)’s Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) including: Professional Development Instructor, Organizational Development Program Manager for the HRSA Learning Institute (HLI) and the Onboarding Program Manager at the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) within HRSA. In these roles, she worked on online course development and professional development and training for the workforce.
She started her federal career after completing an internship through the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU). Ruth received her B.A. in Psychology from Hood College and a Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). She serves as the National Outreach Chair for the National Hispanic Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NHCFAE). She is a graduate of the Mujeres de Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) – A women’s leadership development program. Ruth is also a graduate of HRSA’s HLI Adjunct Faculty Program where she developed a course on Personal Resilience that she currently teaches.
Ruth enjoys working on professional development and health and wellness activities and considers herself a life-long learner. She is passionate about government service especially working with young government leaders, the Hispanic community as well as students. She has two daughters and lives in Montgomery County, Maryland. She is also CEO of Radiant Livin’ a coaching and speaking business focused on federal career coaching and positive psychology.
Career Coach
María Pía Mecklemburg, also known as The Dream Job Coach, is the creator of Elite Networking Strategies, an intimate group career coaching program that uses holistic methods to help women connect with themselves, align with their purpose, and pursue their dreams. From a young age, María Pía was mentored by some of the most talented and creative women in business and the corporate world.
At just 16, she was interning at the oldest Hispanic radio station in the DMV area while balancing school and a part-time job. During college, she landed an internship at The Rachael Ray Show by networking at a party. By the age of 23, she was working as a filmmaker and digital strategist for a social change PR agency.
María Pía’s approach to helping others fulfill their dreams is unique, strategic, rooted in real-life experience, and tailored to each individual. She currently works with both individual and corporate clients.
Wellness Coach and Strategist
Rachelle Rohner is a wellness coach and strategist who helps individuals create a life of alignment and purpose through community wellness group coaching, one-on-one coaching, and speaking engagements. A key focus of her practice is helping clients overcome obstacles that hold them back, guiding them to move beyond societal expectations and discover their true goals and passions. Drawing from her own journey of transformation, Rachelle’s holistic approach nurtures the whole person, empowering individuals to achieve greater well-being and fulfillment.
Dr. of Physical Therapy, Dr. of Education, Indigenous Medicine Practitioner- Sunny Therapeutics
Dr. Udim Isang (They/Them/It), Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Doctor of Education, and Indigenous Medicine Practitioner (Mbia Idiong), embraces ancient wisdom handed down through generations.
They are a genetic and autodidactic student of Indigenous practices from the Ibibio/Annang tribes of Nigeria, Chinese medicine, and Tibetan Buddhist tantra. Dr. Udim is passionate about providing a safe haven for those plagued with religious, cultural, societal, and childhood trauma, as well as providing a sanctuary for addressing the physical aftermath of emotional, mental, and spiritual trauma.
Beyond their clinical expertise, Dr. Isang is a mixed-media artist. They have found personal healing in spoken word/poetry, dance/movement therapy, and strength training. This diverse background makes Dr. Isang a walking, talking bridge between traditions, a testament to the fascinating and varied nature of the human experience.
